The History of this Project :
Previously managed by MAIS, preparation for working proposal already started at early year 2008..
MAIS, together with the management of LZS then, have decided that this project will be supervise under BPH-LZS after the establishment of this dept..
From now on, BPH-LZS will be acted as Superintending Officer on behalf of GM LZS in monitoring this project to be construct perfectly...
This is some of our job responsibilities to this projects
1. To chair every site meeting arranged by contractor
2. To decide on material used especially for finishes item
3. To monitor progress works based on working programme provide by contractor
4. To make sure the component of development are fully construct as per drawing approved by Local Authorities
